City Approval Stage:
Site plans and building blueprints have been officially submitted and reviewed for approval by the City of Roanoke Planning and Development Department.
Engineering & Design:
Architectural concepts and civil engineering layouts have been finalized by Engineering Concepts, Inc. and Jamison Plan Design Build.
Fundraising & Community Engagement:
Committees are actively forming to oversee construction, finance, and community outreach.
